Local Travel

Travel within 30 miles of Grandview, Missouri is included in all wedding collections.

Extended Travel

For locations beyond 30 miles from Grandview, MO:

• 31–60 miles: $100
• 61–100 miles: $200
• 101–150 miles: $300
• 151–200 miles: $400

For locations farther than 200 miles, a custom travel quote will be provided.

Overnight Accommodations

For weddings requiring travel that would result in late-night driving, multiple-day coverage, or locations more than approximately 2 hours from Grandview, MO:

• One-night hotel accommodation may be required.
• Hotel arrangements may be provided by the couple or added to the final invoice.

Destination Weddings

Destination wedding coverage is custom quoted and may include:
